TLC acquired this 40,000 square foot industrial manufacturing facility in 1999 when it was in the process of being closed. TLC completely transformed both buildings on the property into beautiful creative office buildings showcasing the buildings' double-row truss roof structures. TLC sold the converted property to National Public Radio in 2002, generating a significant return.
