TLC acquired 621 and 633 17th (Colorado Plaza) in April 2025 and will redevelop the full city block of over 1mm square feet of office into a multi-family residential plaza with ground floor bakery, cafe, market, outdoor garden and other amenities. The reimagined “High Fidelity Plaza” will serve both residents and city inhabitants.
