12414 Exposition Blvd., Los Angeles, CA was acquired by The Luzzatto Company in 2016. The project, known also as Expo Station, is currently under construction. Expo Station will serve as an example of premium creative office space in West Los Angeles, adjacent to the Metro's Exposition Line, with easy access to Downtown Los Angeles and the heart of Santa Monica. Expo Station will feature 80,340 square feet of creative office space throughout three floors, with outdoor decks providing its tenant with panoramic views from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.
Luzzatto successfully pre-leased in the entire project in 2018 to the University of Southern California’s new Lawrence J. Ellison Institute of Transformative Medicine.
