TLC purchased this 9,500 square foot creative office/production building in 2004. TLC completed a beautiful creative conversion of the building, taking most of the structure back to the studs and reconfiguring the building to provide additional light and volume. TLC installed brand new windows, doors, skylights and polished concrete floors, creating a . beautiful creative office environment. TLC leased and eventually sold the entire building before the renovation was even completed generating a significant return.
